About the Author
North Carolina native, Bill Brown, a serial entrepreneur since his UNC '63 days, was always ahead of the curve as the owner and publisher of the Carolina Financial Times, a weekly newspaper, as a co-founder of the Waffle Shoppe restaurant chain, as a principal in a commercial real estate company that developed shopping center sites across the state, and as the major shareholder and president of a company that was the forerunner in the high tech satellite imagery industry. His array of experiences have provided him with some very useful content for his first novel, Money to Burn, which is based on a series of startling events that began in his small eastern North Carolina hometown.
